Keep listening to Shaun T for the switches. After a few seconds Shaun T will tell you to switch to the other side. Bring the work to your obliques, as you turn.įacing one side swing your arms as if you are jumping rope, while alternating stepping one foot forward, touching only the toe down. So after every three beats, you should be facing a different side. Then hop twice to turn to your right around 180 degrees, and go into a slight squat. We saw this move in Speed 1.0. Turn to your left. Now we are doing a slow motion jog and holding the knee up for a beat, before switching. Same exercise but now only land on your toes and keep your heels off the ground. Just alternate lifting your knee as high as you can with good posture.
This workout starts the same as Alpha Cardio. The burnout at the end of the video, will make sure that you have nothing left in the tank after 25 minutes. There are a bunch of moves from Insanity and Insanity Asylum, in the workout, so it is not easy by any stretch of the imagination. There are so many squats and so many planks, that your entire body will be sore after this one. For me this is the toughest workout in the Alpha series.
